Hub and Spoke

We are pioneering a hub-and-spoke approach to simulation training. 

Hub:

Trainees visit simulation centres and attend training courses where they receive direct instruction. Our eoSim SurgTrac Mentor Plus product is perfect for this.

Spoke:

Take-home training. For trainees and experienced surgeons alike. The take-home eoSim SurgTrac Mentor hardware is supported by the integrated SurgTrac training platform, combining our instrument tracking software and structured skills curricula.

SurgTrac provides both a curriculum of skills to guide take-home training, and also the ability to upload evidence of skills attainment. Trainers can monitor trainee progression, provide feedback and assess them remotely. Therefore when they travel to a 'hub' centre and receive direct instruction, their baseline skills have improved and they can make the most of the training opportunity.
